#539 Individual Media Data

It should be possible to define and show different
Media Notes for different linked individuals, Families
and sources.
Currently these notes are not printed on the
individual ... media pages.
I speak of
1 OBJE @M348@
2 NOTE Individual media text

It should be possible to define the same media as
highlighted for one individual, but not highlighted
for another.

I see now also the individual data on the individual media tab.

I have to use raw editing to add the media's individual 2 NOTE.
