#533 Copyright line in footer

It would be helpful if there was a copyright line that
was standard in the footer of all the pages. The
copyright would have the year defaulted to the current
year and then would have the copyright owner either as
the person from the configuration page from the GEDCom
file or another new field.

I am not sure if you are proposing a copyright or asking
if that is what I am thinking about.

But yes, the format you have listed would be about right.
