The quick search filed on every page uses the standard
search. It would be nice if it could be set to use a
soundex (DM or Russel) for this search field (it is
more commonly used than the search page).
exact, i did not find that one.
when i observe the log, manu visitors search for a name but
do not spell it exactly like it's written in the gedcom ....
and they leave after several empty queries.
I really think there shouln't be two search areas but only
one form where you can click a case for "Exact" so default
mode would be "Soundex" except if the case was clicked
(then general search.

The results of soundex search on the surname should be the
first name.
Perhaps it should be optional to sort the results by
surname, as now.
