#509 "LOG" Central

We think it would be nice to be able to review "all"
the logs from a more central location, rather than one
from the regular admin page and then the several
ged-centric ones from the manage gedcoms pages.
Something more of a "Log Central"

Sounds like a nice idea. Additions I would like to see is a distinct error log, so that errors are not hidden by thousands of redundant new bot log lines. It may be nice to have those, but they pollute the general log.
