#480 Mass Import/Link Media

After a new directory of media files is FTP'd to the
server, we need a function to import the entire directory
into phpGedView and the option to link each image to
the same individual. This would allow an unlimited
number of media file to be automatically imported into
the database and linked to the person they are related
to in two steps(import, link).
