#477 ID names of people in photos

for photo media files, be able to enter the names of each
person in the picture. Then have a query to enable
searching for all photos with person x or person z or
person x and person z etc.

The idea is to use the media section as a searchable
database. This would be even more functional if the link
came from the people in the gedcom already and could
automatically link to the media of each person listed.

I would also like to see this. Could this be done by having
multiple records in the pgv_other table where there is a
separate row for each person in the photo?
