As PGV is a dedicated Internet application, it should be
possible to place any hyperlink anywhere in the text.

There are two kinds of a link:
a) a link related to PGV-documented data/information
b) a link related to information elsewhere in the internet

e.g. for a)
you add an unlinked person (I9912) to the GEDCOM and
connect it to an individual (I33) as his godfather.
Now you're able to link to the godfathers details (I9912)
and get some more information about him.
But if you're on the godfathers details page, there is no
chance to link him to I33. If you put the link into a note,
it will be show as pure text, not as an HTML-link!
in my eyes it makes sense to offer the linking back to
I33 and document the relation in both directions.

e.g. for b)
actually PGV supports the INTERNET sub-record which
is shown as a link with name URL. But this is not
supported in all cases you wish. also, you can not
distinguish between several links, all are shown as URL.

Why not a support for at least http and https protocol in
all describing and documenting peaces of text like note,
birth, occupation and so on. You will then be able to use
the full power of the internet by relating the PGV data to
alvailable information in the internet like wikipedia,
private websites, organizations and so on.
