It would be nice if we expanded the search features to
include:
1) Modified since X date, and or
2) Modified between X and X date
3) Modified by X user.

This would allow admins to review the details entered
into the Gedcom by others (yes I know you can do this
when they are made, if that option is set to preview
before approval) and allow you to see what you may have
changed on your last visit, or by a particular user.
Some of this is available in the Recent Changes block,
but this is more detailed.

I would like to add a secondary request to this case (am I
breaking some rule now by adding something which possibly
    should have its own heading?).

I am now up to some 150 users out of which some 70 are very
active. That creates a lot of changes for me to keep up
with. As each user normally has his own "area of interest"
it would be easier for me as an administrator if I could
filter the list of pending changes according to the user
names. It is easier to follow the changes from one user at
the time than having to find his changes amoung the changes
    of the other users.

On top of that, it would be nice to be able to see all
changes made by each user when I am sitting as the
administrator. Not the whole time, but a report sorted by
user showing his changes would be very good to have.

We too like the idea of changes by user. Also, it would be
nice if certain ADMINs could access facts and modify the new
entries to conform to site guidelines and NOT change the
CHNG fact, so the originator remains as the person who
    entered the info.

We ask our authorized users to contribute and this would be
a quick way to find out who has not helped with data entry
and contact them about turning off access if they don't
contribute (or at least subtlely remind them to do so).
Also, we could thank our frequent contributors.
