#462 Relatives Report PDF - Descendants and Spouses

The descendants relatives report is great, but it would
be nice if there was a "Descendants and Spouses"
reports that listed the primary persons and descendants
spouses, including marriage info.

Very interesting. I never noticed that. I still think that id the PDF reports are ever updated, that this should be implemented. I changed the title to reflect that this is for the PDF version.
