#452 Approve changes by user

As the number of users of my database increases and the
users being active in changing information I would like
to have the possibility to handle changes by user. In
the screen where all changes are listed for
approval/rejection I would like there to be a
possibilty to work on the changes done by one user at
the time.

Often one user has worked on a particular branch of the
family tree, and it is easier to follow what he has
been thinking if his changes are not mixed in with the
changes made by others.

A feature to filter the changes by user also gives a
quick way to approve or reject all changes made by a
particular user. When I have new users, they often make
lots of mistakes, and having the possibility to work
with them separately from other changes would make the
approval work easier. In particular it would make
navigation easier when I consult with them on the phone
in order to "train" them.
