#440 Descendancy outline / registered report

It would be really nice if PHPGedview could create what
I've seen referred to as a "registered" report other
places. It includes all information regarding an
individual and his/her descendants.

Additionally, would it be possible to modify the
descendancy chart to include an outline format option?
Basically, it would reduce the information on each
individual to one line.

I've attached a PDF that gives a brief fictitious
example of the two options. The registered report is
first, and the outline is second.
