#419 Automaticly detect changes in ID

Some genealogy programs will change the record ID's,
for example when FTM runs out of numbers, it adds 0 to
the begining of every ID in the gedcom. For example,
after adding another record @I999@, FTM changes it to
@I0999@ and the new record is @I1000@. This causes
problems when re-importing the gedcom back into PGV.
