#413 sub admin group

Since I started using phpGedView to put my genealogy
info on the web, I have had an incredible response from
people finding common info between my tree and theirs.
Since most people do no thave there info on a web site,
they usually agree to send me their data and I merge it
into mine and the tree grows. However I would love if I
could assign a user to be admin on these newly
imported/merged records. I would be the superadmin and
they would have admin rights for the records I decide.
I want it all in one gedcom because it is all one big
family with all the records joind in. no unrelated
individuals.
I imagine this wouldn't be exactly a small undertaking,
but please consider.
