#410 extending empty boxes in pedigree

I'm using "$SHOW_EMPTY_BOXES = true" and I think it
would be nice, if it would be possible to add a new
individual (father/mother) by clicking on the empty box
(or a button in it).
In my humble opinion it's circuitous to click on an
individual, changing to the relatives tab and chose
there the "add a new mother/father" link. This feature
would make this procedure easier.
