I think it would be COOL if we could enter a date and
see all living people in the GEDCOM as of that date. It
could list them all, sorted by place (if birth or residence
is available, otherwise at end), then show their ages on
that date.
I would find it useful because sometimes I want to see
individuals around the same date but at quite a distance
across the pedigree chart. In addition, it would be fun
sometimes to see where people in the families were at
particular times.
I would be willing to help in the development of this.
