While we can contact registrants through the email feature, it
would be great to also have the "family" available, at least to the
administrators - but perhaps more, as a true contact manager.
current Address, current Phone, as well as the email contact info.
With Privacy set, this could perhaps be made available to close
relatives, say 1st cousins or closer.
