#330 Order users in groups

I have users in different branches of the family.
Sometimes I would like to send a message only to the
users in a particular branch of the family tree, because it
only concern them and not the other users. It would be
nice if it is possible to put users in groups and I can
send messages to all the users in one group.

Of course it would also be nice if I can put groups in
groups and if I could assign authorization rights to
groups.... ;-)) The if I add a user to the
group "administrators" this user will be automatically an
administrator.
