#323 Story text generator

Id' like to have a new function to generate a story for
an individual. This text could be used to create a
family storybook.

In english it could be :

[name] was born in [birthplace] on [birthdate].
His parents [father] and [mother] were ...
Aged [age], he went to primary school at ...
etc ...

The same story in french :

[name] est né ŕ [birthplace] le [birthdate].
Ses parents [father] et [mother] étaient ...
Entré ŕ l'école primaire ŕ l'age de [age], il ...
etc ...

Next step :
use a text-to-speech processor to create an audio story.

This can be done easily with the report engine templates.

I'll work on one the next time I get a spare minute.

I'm not sure that we could easily translate all of the text in
the pgv_lang variables though. It might be better to have a
seperate report template for each language.
