#266 Mail message copy: More spesific sender info

If you admin more than one phpGedView site or you
have an user account on more than one site:

The copy of the mails sent to your private email adress
have to have more detailed title about the sender:

$pgv_lang["message_email1"]=
"The following message has been sent to your
PhpGedView User account (#site_name or ged_title#)
from ";
$pgv_lang["message_email2"]=
"You sent the following message to the PhpGedView
User #user_full_name#:";
$pgv_lang["message_email3"]=

I would like to see the user information on the subject line of
any mails sent to the administrator, so that the administrator
will know the user without a need to open the mails.
