#257 Expiring News articles

How about adding a date field to the news article for
auto removal of a news posting on a specified future
date. Then once date passed, remove it from view.
This could be defaulted to 30 days. or have option to
disable auto removal.

Note by saying removal I mean leave it in the system
just expire it. Makes a good historical archive over time.
