#228 Fully Zoomed Tree

Hi,
I just printed up a descendancy chart of one of my
ancestors to take to a family gathering. On the
printout I can add notes and update my gedcom later.
The problem is that there is no way to print that up
with all details about the people short of printing the
indi page for every person. One way that might help
this (untill reports in PGV become a reality) would be
to have the ability to view a fully zoomed tree/chart.
Can this be done? or would it mess up the layout?

A fully zoomed tree would be very difficult, either the boxes
would overlap each other or they would all have to be set to
a certain size.

Any possibility of an internet connection at the family
gathering? Can you just have them look at it online? That is
kind of the purpose of PGV, to save some trees ;)

The gathering is taking place now (I am not able to attend
but my printouts are :) ).
I guess this will really have to wait for the reports module
somewhere in the future. You can close it if you think that
it isn't doable now.

This is a great idea.

I have about 10 seperate "islands" of data (multiple branches
of dingfelders that I am trying to find common ancestors for)

I have no way currently of seeing the big picture of all the
different branches together
