#226 Automated handling of non-standard facts

Hi,

At this moment, PGV supports standard GEDCOM 5.5
facts and some more. However, in some cases the user
has user defined tags also. It would be an improvement
when PGV could automatically identify those tags and
give the user the opportunity to build his own factsfile:

PGV should support the standardtags, which are in the
standard factsfile. On import, the program filters the non-
standard tags from the gedcom and places them (if not
already there), in the fact.en.extra file. The user gets a
message that new tags are discovered and waiting to be
given a description. This message may appear during
import, in the admin menu and/or in the language editor.

Then the user can add an English text in the English
facts.extra file and after that translate it in the various
languages (facts.xx.extra) he wants.

If one of the facts.xx.extra doesn’t exist yet
(facts.en.extra during import, facts.xx.extra during
translation) they have to be generated automatically.
