#217 New User Registration

When a new user fills his registration form with an error
(existing ID, different passwords ...) he is returned to an
empty form.

I would show him the values he filled in and either
highlight in red the value in error or not show this value.

Also, the user should remain on the form screen where he
should see the error message and the filled values without the
username, when he filled a username with special characters
(for instance aposthrophe)

A password error shows now as expected.

An existing user name or wrong username characters return
the user still to an empty form.
