#214 Portable ResearchLog

In order to use PGV while visiting libraries and archives, I
would like to have the possibility to use PGV offline, on a
laptop. At this moment, it is possible to have PGV with
PHPLauch for stand-alone use. The GEDCOM-file can
easily be exported from a website and imported on the
stand-alone. The ResearchLog however, doesn't have an
import/export function, while this functionality is
specially designed for support work in the field. Users
should be able to collect the "to-do's" on the website,
transfer it to a laptop, make additions in the field and
transfer the results back to the PGV-website.
It would be an improvement if such a feature was added
to the researchlog.
