#188 email notifications on change
It would be nice to have an option in the user
configuration to enable types of email notifications.
For Admin users it would be usefull to receive an email
when some user makes a change, so the admin knows when
a Accept/Reject changes is needed without checking the
site every day.
For Users it would also be nice to be able to choose to
receive an email when a update has been made to the site.

The option for admins to receive emails when changes need
to be accepted has been added to version 3.3.
still need to add an option for users to receive emails on
updates.
