#1193 limitating logfile-size

Hi,
when you are logging the access to the gedcoms ( i do it on a monthly base ) it can happen, that the filesize gets bigger than the amount of bytes, the logfile-viewer may request from php to display the content. i ran into this situation when i added new gedcom-file to pgv and made some mistakes with the filename and location. the installation process logged any error during installation ( btw - i had to cancel installation ...) and so i became a huuuge file - 60mb ! to much for the logfile-viewer! it crashed later, when i checked for log-ins.
I would like to have a max_logfile_chunk_size to be defined (2MB eg). when writing to the log, pgv must do an additional check_file_size and ocasionally rename the current (full) to $file_part001 or whatsoever, create a new one and continue writing.

Another solution is to store the logs in the database.

This also gives you much better search/filter/sort capabilities.
