#1172 Improve useradmin.php for large user base
With more than 1,000 users the handling with the list for user administration is not good and performant anymore.
An alphabetical separation like for the person list could help with this.
A search field for a username or name part of the user would be also helpful.
I will work on some improvement for 4.2.4.

Bless you. At 300+ its nearly unmanageable. I wholeheartedly agree with a filter concept (like GEDCOM CONFIG), search for a particular value idea (less than, greater than, includes, etc) and separations.
