#1159 Enable Centering of block titles

I don't have the experience nor enough knowledge of the program to make code changes so that block titles can be centred in the block At present they are all left aligned.

The Wiki also only has only one reference to the PrintReady function which is of no help and trhe API docs has no entry for it.

It would good if each title in each block could be individually controlled.both for formatting and content.
