#1132 Show # of Hidden Sources

The bottom of the indi/Family lists show something like Total individuals : 6/Total Names : 7/Hidden : 34.
For the source list we should show
Total Sources : 893/Hidden: 6

This would make the list consistent with the other lists.

I would prefer to standardise it by not showing the number of hidden records anywhere.

I have no strong preference, but showing the # of hidden items is a teaser that makes it more likely that users will contact you :)
