#1113 Comprehensive one click backup

I use the backup feature found in the admin options currently in 4.2.1
I think it would be cool if all config, sql tables and gedcoms or other data where included in each backup (or at least given the option to include each) i would also be useful for me to be able to see which backup zip files are on the server from in pgv and download any one to my local machine.
