#1111 Tag portions of multi person photos

I have seen this on many other web albums (facebook is the first that comes to mind)
I would have a family picture, or any picture with more than one person in it. I could select a portion of the picture that contains a person and "tag it". This would like to that individual. This way when i look at a person all the pictures they have been tagged in will be attached to them. this way i do not have to crop images or upload several files or type long descriptions about who is in a picture. i just tag them in one picture.
