I think it would expand the functionality of the system exponentially if the admin could setup the beginning tree and send invites to all the people on the tree. That would involve having to enter e-mail addresses for all of the people on the list that were know. Then a component of the system allow invites to be sent to those people to improve the tree through the marriages and their parts. In addition, those users should be able to send invites to the people that they add. In order to add to the system the user need not have a login, per se, but an invite, which would allow it.
