If someone clicks on the contact admin link, the form says "This user prefers to receive messages in English"

Well, I read Spanish quite well, and am so-so in French and Portuguese, so I'd rather not tell those folks not to talk to me just because _they_ don't do English.

Maybe that blurb could be user- or admin-editable, with the default being derived from the main language setting.
