Can the phpGedView developers design a phpGedView Newsletter Add-on?

Such features could include a WYSIWYG text box to draft text in, drop-down box for recipient selection (with "include all" options"), drop-down box for stuff to include (such as upcoming events for 7-days or 30-days, top-10 most viewed items, GEDCOM statistics, and pretty much a good selection of choices from what we have available (as administrators) in the Customize this GEDCOM Welcome Page.

Maybe also add an area in user sign up or User Options to tick a box to be included in the Newsletter, and have it part of their User Profile..

Just an idea that would make phpGedView a more "family" type of application.
