I would like to see in the "Review GEDCOM Changes" together with the list of GEDCOMs, a list of users whose changes wait for approval.

i can relate to this as well as asking for entries that users make not blocking them from making additional changes to the same gedcom record...

with 29000+ people in my gedcom, i can already see where i'm going to have problems as i open the database to others managing their own family units...

    consider this...

A makes blah change to B
A goes "back" to make another change to B
A gets met with "this record has changed. blah blah blah"

this means that each change must be accepted before the next change is allowed... :( consider if a user makes a marriage change and then attempts to input a divorce entry. or consider that they make a marriage entry and then try to add in multiple children. the current, as of 4.1.5rel, method is that they can only enter the marriage and then they have to wait for someone with accept privs to accept the change before they can make the additions to add the children :(

IMHO, it should be that A can make all the changes they want/need to B and each is listed for the "admin" to accept or not...

FWIW: this setup is CORE with only the googlemaps module (held back at this point)...

We should also enable the user who has made not yet approved changes to see the changed data clearly marked in the lists and the charts.

Now the editing user cannot see in one glance what he has already updated.

Greg has suggested to add the changed data to the regular PGV tables to enable creation of different views depending on the needs.
