Hi to all who want to work on the german translation.

As I don't use the mysql-version of phpGedView I'd like to invite you to help translating the english content of the configure_help.ge.php to complete the translation of this file.

I uploaded the file into the patches area of this project where you can download it from.

It would be nice if we could discuss the best translation to get the best result for phpgedview
