Language Variables that are not used in v3.2

Hi Translators,

The following variables are included in the language files for new features in testing that will not be included in v3.2. 

You do not need to translate the following items:
$pgv_lang["chat"]
$pgv_lang["dynasty_list"]
$pgv_lang["make_slklist"]
$pgv_lang["excel_list"]
$pgv_lang["excel_tab"]
$pgv_lang["excel_create"]
$pgv_lang["patriarch_list"]
$pgv_lang["slk_list"]
$pgv_lang["statistics"]
