Hi,

in the family group chart, i will tranlate the words "Descent Steps" in german. i did´nt found this two words.
can anybody help me?

  I've updated ./languages/lang.en.php. I've also added some missing Help text into ./languages/help_text.en.php

    The revised lang.en.php file should be in CVS now. The variable is $pgv_lang["descent_steps"]

  i have download your new files.
  
  unfortunately, when i upload the files to my provider in the language folder, phpgedview doesn´t run.
  
  i have ready translating german "lang.xx" file.
  
  should i send it to you or here in "patches"?

    What doesn't it do?
    
    When you upload to your service provider, you need to be sure to set FTP to transfer in Binary mode.
    
    The two files you need to upload are
    ./languages/lang.en.php
    ./familybook.php
    
    You can also optionally upload other new files:
    ./languages/help_text.en.php
    ./help_text_vars.php
    
    The help_text file provides some missing Help text for the Family Book chart. The help_text_vars.php file makes the page help text for the Family Book chart and the Hourglass chart visible on the main Help page.

  You can email me whatever German files you have ready.
  
  If you wish, I can check them for you, to see whether the German meaning is equivalent to the English. I can also check the format of each text to make sure that the German appearance is identical to the English.

  there always is´nt /reports/familybook.xml
  
  it is only /reports/familygroup.xml
