in the section "patches" you will find the new german files (lang + fact).
my english is not the best. But I hope, that other peoples not grumble.
Otherwise people should let me know, what I can translate better.

  Peter Pluntke has been working on German language files for 3.4.
  
  lang.de.php is finished, except for a little minor polishing. It's been uploaded to Future Branch CVS. I'm not sure which file is next. I suspect it's help_text.de.php.
