I have uploaded to patches a few more changes.

It would be good if you could freeze the list of translatable strings somewhat in advance of the 4.1.6 release.

  I added some strings used in advanced search module. I intend to go out on this weekend. If you add to patches this translations to 3 pm CEST I'll add this to the upcoming relase (probably will be relased this weekend)
