New translation not showing on the news bloc

I just translated the news bloc for the welcome page using the online tool. All others blocs were already translated. When logged in I see it translated under the new language. When logged off it's not translated. The same is with the GEDCOM favorites bloc. Are these blocs needs to be translated somwhere else or what should be done to have then when logged on and logged off?

The Index page blocks are cached so that they do not need to re-calculated for every guest user.

You need to go to the Customize page for the Index page (it's an option on the Index page when you're logged in as admin).  You'll see a "clear cache" option that you can click on.
