Leftover and missing translations

Hi,

I have a number of strings that seem to be referenced in the code but have no translation and some translations that I cannot find where they are used.

Missing:

Then there are many translated strings that are not found referenced in the code.  Many are the result of dynamic key construction, but others I think are genuine leftovers from prior versions and are no longer used.  Weeding them out takes time, I just advance a few suspect strings that look to me not used:

step2 (seems to be only in a comment in editconfig_gedcom.php)

When working on your translations, you need to use the current set of English language files from PhpGedView 4.1.2 (or 4.1.1) as your reference.  If an entry is missing from those files, it's not used.

However, I'll look into your list to give more information.  This may take a few days.

I was tracking trunk from SVN.  Is that a problem?  My comments were current as of this morning, I had just run 'svn update'.

The "trunk" branch of SVN is version 4.1.2.  Doing your work on this version of the files is fine.
