I'm havinga problem with the display of Jr. names. It would seem that the proper place to enter Jr, II or III ... would be the Suffix filed for the name. So if I enter:
Given: Tom Albert
Surname: Johnson
Suffix: Jr
Name: Tom Albert /Johnson/ Jr
I end up with "Tom Albert Jr Johnson Jr" displaying in the charts.

You are absolutely right on filling in the suffix. This was filed as a bug and I already fixed it. Currently the change is only in CVS.
Which version are you using?
The schedule is to release the 3.0 final this weekend, the fix will be in there.
