Actually, that's what the "Interactive Tree" at the bottom of the 4.2.3 individual page is, although with 5,000+ people I'm not going to try to check all the connections. That's what the "Relationship Chart" is for, but for checking one person against another. If you're talking printing, I think you would need a LOT of paper, several extra print cartridges, and plan nothing else for a couple of days.

When I go to the interactive tree, all I get is a simple chart starting with me and going to my grand parents. I can clic on them and expand the view, but phpgedview will only show one branch at the time.
I know that generating a view of everybody will put a strain on the server, but the machine cna handle it.
