Neither the RIN nor the EMAIL tags are part of the GEDCOM 5.5.1 standard.
The GEDCHECK script verifies that the GEDCOM contains only information that is in accordance with the standard. Any deviation from that standard is reported as an error.
You can ignore these errors, since PhpGedView will handle the information correctly.
Note: You would not normally run the GEDCHECK script - it should be used only when the PhpGedView program is not behaving properly and an error in the data is suspected.
