2.51b error in edconfig_gedcom?

After installing 2.51b, I typed in the geneal preferences and created an admin-user. Secondly, I tried to add the first gedcom. It becomes visible in the "manage gedcoms" screen, but name and title are missing. When I try to import the gedcom, there is nothing to import.
Any suggestions????
