    Hi
I'm trying to use phpGedView my host enable php 4 - but when I have done the first and the second config I get:
Warning: chmod(): Operation not permitted in /home/.sites/96/site101/web/phpGedView/authentication_index.php on line 243
User ok (in danish: Bruger oprettet.)
Click here to continue (in danish: Klik her for at fortstte.)
    I can't see what I'm doing wrong

      Hi again

Unfortunately the mailsystem reports that your sourceforge e-mail address are unrouteable ;-(

This is a permissions problems.  You need to make sure that write permissions have been set for the PHP/Apache user on the config.php, and authenticate.php files and on the ./index directory.

      Hi Erik

Apparently something went wrong with the sourceforge routing ;-(

But since John told you about setting the permission on the files and the index folder I guess that your phpGedView are working alright at this time.

The reason I wrote you directly is, that it always are easier to explain things in ones own native language :-) And I guess that a danish spoken aswer wouldn't be understood by many here in this forum ;-)
