    Hello,
    With PHPgedView 2.65.3

When i try to change name using the web feature "Change the name" with link like (from individual.php) :
    /phpgedview/individual.php?pid=I1&show_changes=yes#

It open a new window called :
    "GDBI Interface 1.0b - PHPGedView 2.65.3"

Its possible to change the name into the given boxes (prefix, firstname, name, ect...)
But when i confirm the changes by cliking "Save"
i have an error message in this window
"Forbiden acces, you do not have acess to this resource"

Alternaly i can change a place with no problems.

    PS : I use a french interface

      Thanks john for the link,
but sorry this post is realy too technical for me i did not realy understand if there is actualy is a solution.

They are speaking about a patch to apply, but it's seems than my version of PhpGedView is younger than the patch realease.

      regards.

      Hi Bertrand,

Your version has the patch applied already. The patch mentioned is for the undefined index issue and not for the error you get.

As for your problem, I would like to ask what version of PHP you are running and on what system.

We will take this step by step. After your answer I can look further,

      Regards,

      Roland

      Thanks botak
So if i understand is probaly a PHP version problem...

I am hosted by a web host (lautre.net). As far as i know they are using the AlternC Webhosting system but i don't know exactly witch version :
      http://freshmeat.net/projects/alternc/

Anyway, if i read well the internal specs in my admin sections the versions are :
      - Linux Debian 3.0 (from the above link)
      - MySQL 4.0.13 (from phpmyadmin)
      - Php 4.1.2 (from a .phpversion() script )

      Regards
