Out of curiosity, I printed the HTML version of an individual. Using Camino, the PLAC wrapped over other text (Radom, (Dobrut), Masovian Voivodeship, Poland had "Poland" on top of data below.
Also, the Shared Note attached to 2 SURN did not print. This is vital as it contains note about the difference in birth surname and new legal surname and is my way of tracking that the Indi doesn't carry same name as parent.
0 @B4873@ INDI
1 NAME Louis /ARMSTRONG/
2 GIVN Louis
2 SURN STRONG
2 NOTE @N5@ = Shared Note
PS: I was relieved to see SSN only printed when signed in as Admin. I know PGV is set to that, but until it's tried…

The bleedover happens in Safari and Firefox (MAC)
The missing Shared Note is a question of whether the report is set to print Shared Notes. I just tried with the Shared Note as a regular note attached to 2 NAME and it also doesn't print. The bleedover seems to be where the parents/siblings info is for the Individual. Many of my birth/death places are quite long and seems doesn't wrap around but prints over the other parent/sibling.

Regarding the bleedover - the PGV version (and for completeness the browser versions as well) question applies here too. I'm not running a mac, so I can't directly test your situation, but I tried it on three browsers (Firefox, Opera, Konquerer) on Linux using individuals with long place names and found a problem only with Opera on this page (run the individual report - the report itself has another 3 line url)
Anyway, not being a mac person I can't follow up much more on this part of your question. Hopefully another macophile will step up. I'm still a little unsure if you're talking about the Individual Report - could you confirm this so that we know we're not talking past each other?

At this time, I'm unable to duplicate your issues on my GEDCOM with my mac browsers, FF4, F3.6 and Safari. I don't use Opera. Are you sure you have not artificially 'zoomed' your text? Is it set to standard size display? I can skew the output if I increase the zoom level with a couple of Command+.'s. I'm running 4.2.3+SVN (4.3).
There remain issues from time to time with reports, and I tend to use the PDF versions for output as they seem more reliable than HTML, although there are page break and an occasional spacing issue there as well. At one time, someone was developing a series of Latex reports for improved output, but that fell through before it was committed to code (I think there remains a patch, but, IIRC its untested with new code).
Hope this helps,
Stephen

The code does not currently include Shared_Note references and it specifically limits the NOTE field to Level 1 notes only:
<!- print any level 1 notes ->
<PGVRif condition="($notes==1) and (@NOTE!='')">
<PGVRTextBox width="15" height="16" newline="1" padding="0"/>
<PGVRTextBox border="1" width="$width" height="16" newline="1" bgcolor="$stbgcolor">
<PGVRText style="label1"><PGVRvar var="pgv_lang" /></PGVRText>
</PGVRTextBox>
<PGVRRepeatTag tag="NOTE">
<PGVRTextBox border="1" width="$width" height="16" newline="1">
<PGVRText style="pagenum"><PGVRGedcomValue tag="NOTE" /><br/></PGVRText>
</PGVRTextBox>
</PGVRRepeatTag>
</PGVRif>

Thanks Stephen. Can do workaround now that I know. Create "duplicate" Level 1 Note.
George: Your James COLBERT example does the same thing. Select Reports from Options for Individual. Then Individual Report, then HTML version (to screen). Under Father, the "Unknown" part of Date Unknown is sitting on top of the word "MOther". Does it in Safari and Camino. Not in Firefox because the default type is so small, that's why I don't use Firefox. (Changing default affects too many pages).
I can do the PDFs from the screen in Firefox (Mac can print to PDF unlike PCs). I'm doing an experiment by creating Indi Reports of people I want to research in PDF format so I can refer to them at the archives where the computers are not near the microfiche room so I can't stay logged in.
Thanks for your help.

I'm using 4.2.3 release and current Safari/Camino/Firefox. My Camino is set to 13px for eyesight. I think 12px is normal so didn't think 1px would do that. Guess so :) Do you do a simple PRINT… Save to PDF (Snow Leopard OS changes how PDFs are created - you cannot select the page range anymore and it's called Save, Mail, and some other options.
I'll bear in mind the problem (to me) and where the overlap happens on details I'll need to read, will reduce size of screen print. It's a hard issue to address, I know.

Are you referring to the Individual Report?
Is this a Camino-only issue (ie works on Safari, Firefox)?
Thanks,
George

Are you using a PGV version before 4.2.3? A shared note on this site shows up OK on the Individual Report:
http://colbert.ancestortree.net/reportengine.php?action=run&report=reports%2Findividual.xml&download=1&varnames=pid&vars=I2&type=INDI&varnames=sources&vars=1&type=&varnames=notes&vars=1&type=&varnames=photos&vars=highlighted&type=&varnames=pageSize&vars=A4&type=&varnames=fonts&vars=dejavusans&type=&output=HTML
That's a long url - it might be easier to run the Individual report on this page: http://colbert.ancestortree.net/individual.php?pid=I2
Regarding the bleedover - the PGV version (and for completeness the browser versions as well) question applies here too. http://paulyfamily.org/individual.php?pid=I22
but not this page (which actually has a longer place name)
http://paulyfamily.org/individual.php?pid=I23
