The line tells you what your problem is. For INDI I124 you have set a source 1942 LTB and there is no such source. You can check this by hovering on the Lists Icon then clicking Sources from the list. I think you will find it is not listed within the source list.
I suggest an easy fix is to go to INDI I124 and delete the relevant source entry and input a new one.
PGV allows you to add as many sources as you want to but if you are using the GUI interface, rather than editing the raw Gedcom, you have to add them one at a time. That is, you save the entry, then re-open the event where you can add another source.

I have 2 sources and wanted to add a 3rd, but PGV won't let me.
